What's coming next
HHS released an interim policy on 10/28/2026 that opens a path for 503A pharmacies to compound six peptides.
What the policy covers
Each peptide is covered only for the routes below, and each preparation contains a single active ingredient.
- BPC-157: Subcutaneous, intramuscular, oral, or topical
- TB-500: Subcutaneous or intramuscular injection
- KPV: Topical or oral
- MOTS-c: Subcutaneous or intramuscular injection
- Semax: Intranasal
- Epitalon: Subcutaneous or intramuscular injection, dispensed in intermittent courses
Here's what we're doing now to support your practice:
- Preparing our pharmacies. The path comes with conditions, and each pharmacy has to meet them before it compounds these peptides.
- Supporting your clinical questions. You get one-to-one guidance from our PharmD team.
- Building your peptide knowledge. Our Peptides 101 webinar and other tools and resources are available now on PharmAcademy.
- Keeping you current. Joining our early access list means you'll hear about regulatory changes and preparation availability directly from our team.
The quality of the products has also been consistently good, which gives me confidence in prescribing and recommending them for my patients. Having dependable compounding partners is essential, and I’ve been very satisfied with what I’ve received so far.
